  • What is the plan for leveraging organizational strength?

3. Definition of Customer Groups

  • Who is our primary customer?
  • Who are our secondary customer groups and how would we prioritize their impact on the organization?
  • What do these customers consider value-added services?
  • What is our record to date in delivering value to these customer groups?

4. What is the plan to maintain and increase the value to our customers?

  • What is our plan for the upcoming fiscal year?
  • What is our plan for the next three years?
  • How are we building on this year’s plan and what new programs/services are we considering for rollout?

  • How are we positioning the organization to reflect changing industry dynamics?
